Ode to Cultural Synergy: Xiao Fan Ru's Work Shines in Paris

As we walked through the Parisian metro, we were delighted to see our artist Xiao Fan Ru’s "Ode à la Jeunesse" displayed next to an ad for Musée Guimet!

Musée Guimet, renowned for its 19th-century East Asian art collection, plays a significant role in celebrating the 60th anniversary of Franco-Chinese diplomatic relations and the Franco-Chinese Year of Cultural Tourism in 2024. As a vital bridge between Europe and Asia since its foundation in 1889, the museum honors this milestone with a prominent display of Chinese art.

Xiao Fan Ru’s work embodies a rich blend of tradition and contemporary influences, drawing connections between East and West. Describing himself as “a man before nature,” Xiao Fan's creations, from hybrid flowers to iconic consumer goods, reflect a unique cultural dialogue. His series "La voie d’or," inspired by bamboo—a symbol of resilience and spiritual harmony in Confucian tradition—captures the essence of progress and balance.

We are proud to see Xiao Fan Ru’s art celebrated by such a prestigious venue, showcasing the enduring synergy between our cultures.
